If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items that are unwashed and unworn for up to 60 days from the original purchase date. Please contact email@example.com for more information about where to ship your returns.
Once we receive your return, we will happily work with you to pick out a different product of equal value, but we cannot offer refunds at this time.
Incorrect or defective products
Due to the handmade nature of our products, inconsistencies may occur in some prints as a part of the weaving process. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each scarf, as no two scarves are exactly the same. Please check the item's description for more information about the specific nature of each product. However, if for any reason you feel the product you received is defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us here. Someone from our team will contact you directly to make special arrangements for the return.
